In the movie Batman: Under The Red Hood Jason (the 2nd Robin) dies (also in YJ) and he turns into a new Red Hood ( the old Red Hood was Joker) well it won't happen in the 2nd season of YJ. Why? Because they don't have room with alien invasion and most of the Justice League gone they have NO WERE TO PUT IT! Sorry but its the only way. :'( Maybe the 3rd season! :)

NO RED HOOD IN SEASON 2!
Hey true believers!
In the movie Batman: Under The Red Hood Jason (the 2nd Robin) dies (also in YJ) and he turns into a new Red Hood ( the old Red Hood was Joker) well it won't happen in the 2nd season of YJ. Why?
